Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or PO Box addresses. Orders ship directly from our supplier in China.

Processing: Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. We email your tracking number when the order ships.

Delivery: Typical transit time is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates can vary with customs, carriers, holidays, and peak demand.

Shipping cost: Tracked shipping is $4.95 for orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more receive free tracked shipping automatically at checkout, based on the merchandise subtotal before taxes and shipping. No code is needed; FREESHIP35 is also available as a backup promotional code.

Delays or loss: If tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, please contact us. We will investigate and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, arrange a replacement or refund.
