Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or PO Boxes. Please use a street address.

How long is delivery?
Orders are placed with our partner warehouse in China within 1–2 business days. Typical tracked delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Check the Shipping Policy and checkout estimate for details.

What does shipping cost?
Tracked shipping is $4.95. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more qualify for free tracked shipping automatically at checkout; no code is required.

How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number in your shipping email on our Tracking Order page. If it has not moved for more than 7 days, contact us.

What if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or short video. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Can I return an item I changed my mind about?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending it back. The item must be unused and in its original packaging; the customer pays return shipping unless we made a mistake. See our Returns Policy for details.
