Returns Policy

30-day returns
If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page before sending anything back.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
Send a photo or short video of the problem. For items under $10 we usually replace or refund without a return shipment. For other items we will give you return instructions after we see the proof.

Change-of-mind returns
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer unless we made a mistake.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method after we confirm the issue or receive the return.
